John has poured concrete to help support walls. I cut the lower boards and John screwed them to the concrete. This is done to prepare for putting in steel beams to support floor joists. Concrete pads have also been poured and columns will be placed on the concrete pads to help support the beams. Hopefully this will be done in the next few weeks.

We bought this little run down house in Buena Vista, Colorado and are renovating it into an Air BNB. We named it after our mothers-Nelda Burt and Sue Hale. The house was built in 3 stages. The kitchen and dining room are the original two rooms and are 100+ years old. The second addition added a bedroom and living room and the third addition added a second bedroom and bathroom.
