It’s my job to make sure that my clients don’t make a BIG MISTAKE when they are buying a house. It’s not uncommon to see houses sell for 40,50,60,70 grand over the asking price. Knowing what other houses are selling for in the neighborhood is crucial to decide what purchase price makes sense when offering on a house! We don’t just guess! We use data to make important decisions!

In my opinion, there’s absolutely nothing better than Buffalo Sabres playoff hockey. It absolutely warms my heart to the core to see the Sabres have one of the best seasons that they’ve had in 15 years. I think the sky is the limit for this team! We are getting scoring all throughout the lineup and our defense core is arguably the best in the NHL. How far do you think the Sabres can go in the playoffs? 🏒🥅🦬

I started a new home renovation and sales business last year. “Flipping” homes has its own set of downfalls and challenges, and if you aren’t careful it can be a VERY DANGEROUS and COSTLY game to play. It’s not always about buying the cheapest and sh*ttiest home on the block and expecting to make a fortune! Knowledge on the market and finding deals that makes sense is the difference between making money and losing your pants on a deal! 🏡👖

Guess who has the FINAL SAY in a real estate transaction? It’s not me. And it’s not the client either. 😱

Real estate transactions can be extremely complex. They aren’t always smooth and they aren’t always enjoyable depending on a multitude of different things. 😡🤬😡🤬

I can’t stress the point enough that making sure you have the right team around you is CRUCUIAL to overcoming challenges, not wanting to pull out your hair, and actually closing the deal.

Communication, willingness to work together, and working with a team that has your best interest at heart is EVERYTHING. 🏡
