Buffalo Real Producers We curate a platform to connect the top Realtors and Vendors in the Greater Buffalo area.

Buffalo Real Producers is a free monthly trade publication serving the top 300 realtors in Greater Buffalo. Inside the publication, we feature the successes of Realtors in Buffalo, their personal stories, local market trends, and the top 200 standings. In addition to the publication, we also host quarterly social events where agents have an opportunity to collaborate with other top performers, as well as meet some of the best vendors in town.

✨ Meet Brandon Kmiotek — quite possibly one of my favorite interviews yet! ✨
Okay… I have a favorite. 😂 Or at least Brandon is making a VERY strong case for it.
I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Brandon, and I genuinely did not want this meeting to end. This guy has SO much personality and charisma. He’s funny, outgoing, incredibly easy to talk to, and one of those people you feel like you’ve known way longer than you actually have. We talked, we laughed, we went completely off topic more than once 😂 and I could have easily stayed another hour.
Before jumping into real estate in 2020, Brandon went to culinary school in Rhode Island and then made his way into hospitality. He worked for a resort company that had him traveling up and down the East Coast before eventually coming back home to be closer to family.
Once home, he started working in some pretty high-end restaurants, and that’s actually where real estate started calling his name. He was constantly surrounded by successful people and began noticing a common thread — so many of them owned real estate. Something clicked.
Thankfully, Brandon followed that spark because after spending time with him, it’s VERY easy to understand why he belongs in this business. He has that natural ability to connect with people that you simply cannot teach. The personality, confidence, hustle and ability to make people feel comfortable — Brandon has all of it.
Outside of real estate, Brandon and his partner, Sarah, have a beautiful 10½-month-old baby boy, Roman, and Brandon is also a stepdad to Gavin. ❤️ You can immediately tell how important his family is to him.
And then came possibly my favorite fun fact yet… this man once OWNED A HOT DOG STAND IN SARASOTA, FLORIDA. 🌭😂 And YES — the culinary-school-trained hot dog stand owner made his own chili for the dogs!
Brandon, you were an absolute BLAST. I loved hearing your story, loved your energy and personality, and truly could have sat there talking with you all day. I walked away from this one smiling — and those are always my favorite meetings.
Real estate is definitely better with people like Brandon in it. 🏡❤️

At just 29 years old, Caleb Canazzi has already built a real estate career that many people spend decades working toward — and after sitting down with him, it’s easy to see why.

Caleb got his start in real estate at only 18 years old, but you could say the industry has always been in his blood. Growing up in a family heavily involved in real estate gave him an early look at the business, and he wasted no time jumping in himself. Over the past 11 years, he’s gained experience in just about every corner of the industry — from flipping properties and attending auctions to property management and everything in between.

Today, Caleb is the owner of Blue Eagle Realty, an incredible accomplishment at such a young age and a testament to the experience, drive, and knowledge he has built over the years.

What impressed me most while talking with Caleb was how much experience is packed into someone who is still so young. He is truly wise beyond his years, yet incredibly personable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.

And there’s much more to him than real estate! Caleb grew up playing basketball, softball, and flag football, loves snowboarding, and can even play the guitar. Another fun fact I never would have guessed — he was homeschooled!

It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Caleb and hearing about the path that took him from an 18-year-old entering the family business to a 29-year-old brokerage owner. His story is proof that age doesn’t determine experience — passion, work ethic, and the willingness to learn do.

Caleb, thank you for such a great conversation. I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds for you and Blue Eagle Realty! 🏡🦅

Today I had the absolute honor of sitting down with Shabbir Tung, and all I can say is… WOW. Talk about a story.

There are some people you meet who immediately leave an impression on you, and Shabbir is absolutely one of those people. His charisma, professionalism, humility, and genuine love for people were unlike anything I’ve experienced in one of my interviews.

Shabbir came to the United States in 2011 after serving 25 years in the military in Pakistan. He has been married for an incredible 36 years, has three children and three grandchildren, and somehow, that is only the beginning of his story.

His journey since coming to America is one that truly stuck with me. At one point, Shabbir worked at McDonald’s, something he speaks about openly and proudly because every chapter of his life helped get him where he is today. He later worked in the medical field, and there was even a period when he was working three jobs at the same time, surviving on only about four hours of sleep a night.

Then, in 2020, he became a Realtor.

Listening to him talk about his journey, his work ethic, and his gratitude for this country was truly something special. Shabbir genuinely loves America and believes deeply in giving back to the country and community that he now calls home. There was no ego behind any of his accomplishments—just gratitude, determination, and an incredible desire to serve others.

I kept thinking throughout our conversation, this man has lived nine lives. Every time I thought I had heard the most incredible part of his story, there was another chapter.

These interviews have given me the opportunity to meet so many amazing people, but every once in a while, I sit across from someone whose story stays with me long after the conversation ends.

Shabbir Tung is one of those people.

I was completely honored to sit down with him, hear his story, and get to know the man behind the Realtor. Shabbir, thank you for sharing your journey with me. Your work ethic, humility, love for your family, and gratitude for this country are truly inspiring. ❤️
