We're excited to announce that we are officially looking for tenants to lease our 6 completed apartments at The Connecticut House!

Three additional apartments and a retail commercial space will be available this summer.

This is the result of a ton of hard work by our team and partners, and we couldn't be happier to be welcoming new tenants. A special thank you to our subcontractors who helped make this possible- Trinity Electric, 716-Plumber, Vastola Heating and Cooling, Gable Sprinkler, Amherst Alarm/Pye Barker, DMR Masonry, and Aberdeen Glass.
