What they do know is how the experience made them feel.

Did deadlines feel rushed?
Did the process feel confusing?
Did they feel confident referring you afterward?
The truth is that organization isn't just an internal business issue—it's a client experience issue.

Unpopular opinion: a great Transaction Coordinator isn't the one who can juggle chaos—it's the one who prevents it.
There are a few things I simply refuse to do in my business:
🚫 Operate in constant "everything is urgent" mode.
🚫 Rely on memory instead of systems.
🚫 Leave people guessing about what's happening next.
Because smooth transactions don't happen by accident.
They happen when deadlines are tracked, communication is clear, and everyone involved knows what to expect.
The truth is, most transaction problems aren't caused by difficult clients or complicated contracts. They're caused by missing systems, missed communication, and preventable chaos.
My goal isn't just to get a file to closing.
My goal is to make the process feel organized, professional, and stress-free for everyone involved.

A couple weeks ago, Alexis and I attended a Women’s Lunch & Learn at .eyed.baker’s Rooftop Restaurant in East Aurora, where local women business owners shared honest conversations about entrepreneurship, motherhood, and finding balance between work and life.
