Brad was more than helpful with helping us find the perfect house! He was always ready to show us any listing we were interested in, and was able to answer any questions we had along the way. He went the extra mile to connect us with a loan officer and lawyer that were wonderful to work with.

Once we knew what house we wanted to put an offer in on, he organized a time for us to meet with the owner to increase our chances. It worked! Our offer was accepted and we were in the house a few months later. Being a first time home buyer in this market, it was crucial to have someone like Brad leading the way. We would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Bought my house direct from seller, I wouldn’t recommend it. The hell I went through… let me tell ya. That’s where I come in. I’ll take the burden off, like a top off a corvette. Broad shoulders, and I’ve been there, so as to take the stress off. I’ll tell you what, I’ll do the leg work and transitioning you, to your next stage will feel like a day off.
