Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their condo in Buffalo 🎉

Condo sales have been tricky over the last few years. Loan guidelines have become tighter and tighter and operating costs of associations have gone higher and higher.

However, the sellers persisted and we were able to get an offer and bring it to closing.
