This one took some work. The condo market in this area has been tough for sellers. Plenty of competition and a lot of listings sitting for months. We took the time upfront to survey what was out there, understand what wasn’t working for other sellers, and build a strategy around that.

The result was an accepted offer in just a few weeks.
