Condo sales have been tricky over the last few years. Loan guidelines have become tighter and tighter and operating costs of associations have gone higher and higher.

However, the sellers persisted and we were able to get an offer and bring it to closing.

There were a number of extra steps involved in this one including working with the association to improve their financials.
