Two months! That’s all it took to prep the home (which was a TON of work,) take professional photos, hit the market & hold an open house, accept the strongest offer out of multiples, navigate inspections, appraisals, and title work to get to the closing table. Congrats to Heather and Matt on the sale of your beautiful home and best wishes on the next chapters. Today was a blur!! One of my elderly clients needed help and had a little cash. So, I subcontracted 3 teen boys and a mother-in-law to gather brush, pull weeks, knock down cobwebs, wash windows, and pack a kitchen and dining room for a donation. Lots of treasures will be available at the Cokato Save & Share Thrift Shop!

Professional Photo & Drone Shoot is next Wednesday for a beautiful lake property.

The cookies at the open house yesterday must have worked!! My sellers considered multiple offers and accepted a contract within a day of going Active. They worked so hard to prepare their property for the market and are looking forward to next steps!
