Last week I was honored to assist two couples “Bridge Their Memories from Home to Home to Home.”

Moores sold their home on Cokato’s golf course (moving into Dassel’s Sunrise Circle July 1st) and Consteniuses purchased Moores’ lovely home. Both parties were excited to begin the next chapter of their lives and I continue to be so very grateful they chose me to represent them on their journey.

I have been interested in real estate since meeting my husband, who is a local home designer/drafter, in 2003. Some of our favorite dates are walking through homes during the Parade Homes in the Twin Cities every fall and spring. We have built two homes together, fixed up a foreclosed home, and are currently developing properties in Dassel. We have personally worked with seven real estate agents during our time together and I strive to pull the best practices from each of these experiences. I believe there is room for excellence in the field of real estate and I am committed to earning your trust and business...and eventual referral.

Living and teaching in the communities of Litchfield and Dassel-Cokato from 1999-2014 and 2014-present respectively, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the surrounding communities. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information about community events which could affect home values. I am eager to serve you. Find Your Next Home You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.

Sell a Home When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close and beyond.
