I was able to work with Bev in 2022 and 2025 before she passed in April 2026. She was a lovely, lovely lady who was truly one of a kind and her death felt different than other losses in my heart. That connection and impact we create during real estate transactions can become so much more than a business relationship, making the losses and sweet moments feel deeper. Two months! That’s all it took to prep the home (which was a TON of work,) take professional photos, hit the market & hold an open house, accept the strongest offer out of multiples, navigate inspections, appraisals, and title work to get to the closing table. Congrats to Heather and Matt on the sale of your beautiful home and best wishes on the next chapters.
