City of Buffalo versus Town of Tonawanda? Which is best? Following the massive snowfall on January 17, 2022, it's interesting to note the next day, January 18, the City of Buffalo seems to have got it together to provide mechanical sidewalk clearing whereas, in the Town of Tonawanda, no such work was done. Kenmore Ave is a main road AND a bus route. Time to up the game, guys! Buy a sidewalk plow!
