Merry Christmas from Cedarland Development 🎄
The holidays are a reminder of what truly matters - community, compassion, and connection.
We were so grateful to be able to put a smile on the faces of the beautiful children at Oishei Children’s hospital through our toy donation, to partner with other community groups throughout the year to give back, and to work alongside a team that truly believes in making a difference. Excited for what’s ahead in 2026.

Ten years of Real Estate with Purpose. What began as a belief in Buffalo’s potential has grown into a decade of investing in people, places, and neighborhoods. We’re grateful for the team, partners, and community who have walked alongside us. Cedarland is committed to building the next chapter with the same intention, care, and purpose that brought us here. Cheers to the next 10 years!

Kicking off the Christmas season with our 4th Annual Ham Giveaway — a day we look forward to every year. We’re so thankful for the opportunity to connect with the community that makes Buffalo home, alongside local leaders Erie County Legislator Howard Johnson, President Pro Tempore Bryan Bollman, and Council Member Mitch Nowakowski. Cheers! 🎄

Dr. Fadi Dagher says Buffalo has lost quite a bit of momentum since the pandemic, but he still believes in the city he's made his home, and he wants to continue playing a role in its comeback.
