The Black Resource Awards held it's 2nd Annual Event on February 20,2026 - The Recipient of The Malcolm X (NIA) award went to Andrew Druski Scott

Andrew Scott is a real estate powerhouse and co‑founder of Scott Realty Group, the first Black father‑and‑son owned real estate company of its kind, reshaping how property ownership and legacy building look in the community.

More than a realtor, Andrew educates and empowers through first‑time homebuyer workshops and collaborative leadership within the real estate field.

Affectionately known as “Druski,” he is also a well‑known foodie, community personality, and a hands‑on father deeply invested in his children’s growth. His willingness to share knowledge, work collaboratively, and lead with foresight sets him apart.
