ing and even after your home inspection. I am a NYS Certified and Insured Professional Home Inspector. I have been trained and have experience with building systems and structures, I understand how the different components of your home work together and function to keep your home in good working order. I have a background in property management, general maintenance, and customer service. These are the two most respected and accredited societies for Home Inspectors. There are many reasons these societies are beneficial, for me it is the the massive amount of information at my finger tips, tools to become a better inspector than I am today and the the ability to continue educating myself consistently throughout the year. I believe that continuing education and experience to maintain and expand my knowledge base is the cornerstone to being a great and successful Home Inspector. I received my education and training at the Cusack Center for Professional Development. They are the leaders in real estate and real estate related fields including home inspections. Through them I have completed a classroom and field based training course under the watchful eye of a NYS certified professional home inspectors.
