Congratulations to my wonderful clients on their new home! We first met back in 2020, when I assisted them in purchasing their first home. Fast forward to this year, they were ready for an upgrade; and they got one!! This home offers character & charm, all with notable upgrades and more space!

I’m SO pumped for them, and excited to see all the ways they make this house their own.

this one deserves TWO sold sign pictures🏡🤳

in 12 years of real estate, you’d think I’ve experienced it all. But the truth is, real estate is ever changing, and no deal is the same.

walking out of this home, they KNEW it was the one! they could see through imperfections, and had their sights set on making this a forever home for their family.

BUT we needed patience and persistence. it was in active foreclosure with the previous owners, which meant we needed a bank approval for * short sale*. Two dreaded words in real estate.

they knew it would take time, but everything this home offered for them would be worth the wait!

our contract was written on April 10th, and on August 31st they closed on a rehab loan, bank approved short sale.
