Every home has a story.
I think about that a lot, because of how sellers talk when we first sit down. They don't start with square footage or comparable sales. They start with the kitchen where they had their coffee every morning for eleven years. The dining room table that held every holiday. The room a kid grew up in.
And then, almost always, they apologize for it. Like the sentiment is getting in the way of the business part.
It isn't. It's the most useful thing they tell me.
Because a buyer isn't shopping for square footage either. They're standing in a room trying to figure out whether their own life fits in it. When I know what made your home work, I know exactly who it'll work for next, and I know how to show them.
That's what selling a home actually is. Not a sign in the yard. Telling the story well enough that the right person recognizes it.
If you're starting to think about a move in Buffalo or Western New York, call or text me. Happy to talk it through, whether you're selling this spring or just wondering what it would take.
