The Small Building Participating Loan Program through New York State Homes & Community Renewal was an essential part of our capital stack, which also ensures our apartments will be regulated workforce housing for years to come.

The Monroe in Buffalo is a $8.4M project that transformed the iconic Record Theatre complex into 17 affordable apartments and 11,400 sq ft of commercial space. Under Governor Kathy Hochul’s leadership, we’re preserving Buffalo’s heritage and providing quality housing.
