We are still on track to finish at our projected date of 12/6-13!

It’s really coming together and we cannot be more pleased.

What a week! Day 54

Here are just a few things we did this week:
✅ Connected water,sewer and gutter drains.
✅ Had the house shingled and get ready for siding.
✅ Installed glass block windows for the basement.
✅ Installed the 4 window patio door.
✅ Started plumbing rough.
✅ Started electrical rough.
✅ Did the full kitchen layout.
✅ Did a full walkthrough with Sheetrock and finish work for our 11/1 start date.

We are rocking and rollin!

It's bigger than a deadline.

The fact is we don't have a deadline for a buyer, but a deadline to reach a goal we set for ourselves.

Our goal: a new build in 120 days.

Current day: 45.

As a team, we're implementing systems for maximum efficiency.
