We are thrilled to announce that Keiah L. Shauku is joining Hallmark Planning & Development as our new Strategic Initiatives Manager! At Hallmark, our core passion is driving equitable community development and helping to ensure fair distribution of opportunity. We connected with Keiah some time ago, but the timing couldn't be better to add her to the team. Her entire career reflects a deep, shared commitment to advancing equitable development, amplifying community voices, and building powerful cross-sector partnerships. Since she is also very humble, allow us to highlight just a few drops of the pure awesomeness that she'll add to our already fabulous team.

> She's a Multi-Talented Innovator- Beyond her extensive background in civic and nonprofit leadership, Keiah is a U.S. Army veteran, fluent in Korean, proficient in Spanish, and even brings technical coding skills to our cross-functional team.
In her new role, Keiah will be operating across our planning, real estate, and development divisions to guide high-level engagement strategies, steward special initiatives, and streamline our operational efficiency. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome a leader whose vision, diplomacy, and ex*****on align so perfectly with where Hallmark is headed.
