Rooted Locally operates an indoor farm in a 1500-square foot facility in the NFTA's 485 Cayuga Road property in Cheektowaga.

They use all state-of-the-art grow lights and vertical towers to grow microgreens, lettuces, basils and edible flowers that are supplied to more than 50 restaurants, chefs and caterers, plus a major local wholesaler, each week. They also attend the Elmwood Village Farmers Market from May-October, selling their greens as well as freshly-made artisan pizzas using locally-sourced ingredients.

All In Sports Buffalo is a fully-equipped indoor training facility for youth baseball and softball players from WNY and Canada. With 2 full infields and 6 batting cages, they currently host over 65 teams and over 800 clients who practice and/or take lessons at their facility. ⚾

Their All Around Baseball school, established in 2018, is geared towards the beginner to intermediate player. Other sports which train under their roof include lacrosse, soccer, football and cheerleading. ⚽

"We have grown every year since we started in 2014, and look forward to many more years ahead! The NFTA is a perfect landlord for our business. This is our 13th year renting from them and it’s been a great match for both of us.
We deal with children between the ages of 3-18 and we need a safe and comfortable environment. Whenever there is an issue, we get an immediate response within minutes, even on weekends.
