After relocating to Buffalo from his hometown, Oklahoma City, to be near his son Tyler, daughter-in-law, Molli, and first grandbaby, Lilly, founder and co-owner David Spear found himself at
a crossroads in his career. He left behind a carpentry job of 25 years, and was struggling to make ends meet through an independent furniture building business. Having always had an interest in house renovations and real estate, David jumped at the opportunity to become educated in the industry when Fortune Builders, a premier real estate investing education company, came to town in 2016. He decided, now was the time in his life to use his talent to help the greater community as well as his family. Tyler and Molli compliment David’s entrepreneurial spirit with backgrounds in customer relations and marketing, making them a well-suited trio to take on the Faithful Homes mission: to revitalize Buffalo and help families in need. We chose the name “Faithful Homes” as a promise to our clients and partners that we will put ethics and integrity first in all our business interactions. “Faithful” also reminds us of our calling as Christians to help those in need, no matter who they are and what they believe. We help those in need with our real estate knowledge, resourcefulness, dedication, and ability to make successful deals happen; by equipping our clients with the information and options they need to navigate real estate transactions and ensure they can make the best decision possible for their families.
