Time for one last closing of 2024. This is closing number 41 for the year for me, 14.2 million in volume. 2024 will go down as one of the worst years for real estate in over 30 years. I felt like this year was quite the struggle myself but fourth quarter turnaround resulted in 13 more closing for the year. 2025 is going to be a great year. My goal is 50 transactions. If you know anyone ready to sell let me know!

Three hour drive for a 15 minute closing! Gotta love ATL traffic. But hey we got it done!
