Congratulations to our seller and her wonderful family on the successful sale of their Dacula home!

This transaction was a little different than most. Our seller is currently residing in a nursing home and wasn't able to be involved in the day-to-day details of the sale. Thankfully, her niece stepped in as her Power of Attorney and became an incredible advocate every step of the way.

Watching the love, care, and dedication she showed while helping her aunt through this transition was truly special. Real estate is often about much more than houses—it’s about family, memories, and helping people navigate life's changes with as much grace and peace of mind as possible.
