I am a certified 55+RA Senior Citizen Specialist as well as a 55+ Senior myself. We’ve got a lot to talk about and I mean “talk”. It seems like the “younger” generation doesn’t like to talk, they’d much rather type. That’s OK but I like to talk live and in person, maybe over a cup of coffee, and find out how I can make your real estate project easier and pain-free.
I’ve been selling real estate since 2002, one person at a time. Isn’t it annoying when a “team” passes you around and you have to explain yourself over and over again because the new team member isn’t up to speed on your situation? Just like getting Tech Support from the phone company.
You pay no fees if I represent you as a Buyer’s Agent. Sellers pay both commissions
If I represent you as a Listing Agent, you will have to pay 6% of the final sales price as a commission. 3% of that is shared with the agent representing the buyer of your property and part of that 3% goes to the buying agent’s brokerage firm. I alone will represent you from start to finish either as a buyer or as a seller. I will be there at the Closing table with you either way.
