Across Georgia, the median sales price was $370,000 as of Aug. 16, up 2.4% year over year, per Georgia REALTORS ShowingTime stats.

Days on market also rose 9.8% to 56 statewide, which means pricing and presentation matter more than they did in the faster frenzy.
