Recently SOLD: We purchased Midland Lock Storage in 2016 when the price of Oil was below $30 a barrel and real estate values were similarly low and then later purchased a 2nd facility in Midland in 2020 and sold both this week. Midland TX is central to the Permian Oil Basin and enjoyed many years of excellent cash flow before the sale.

Thank you Dave Knobler for getting Midland done and at a strong value.
