In the time I spent working and learning from the top producing agents I prepared hundreds of CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis) and BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions). This information is valuable for Buyers to determine the best price to offer on their new home and for Sellers/Banks to use to determine the best price for them to list their homes with the best return. With this knowledge, I can better help you to obtain the best deal possible. In addition I have personally handled over 2000 closing transactions including Buyers, Foreclosures, Traditional Re-sales, New Construction and Short Sales. Having this experience has given me the ability to recognize any red flags during the process. Like a lot of people I have talked to over the past few years, I too have felt the effects from the change in the market both personally and professionally. This gives me a unique perspective when working with Buyers and Sellers that allows me to connect with them on a level that shows compassion and helps them know that I fully understand their needs.
