New siding, windows, new paint for the carports and a new shop! So grateful for the upgrade! Also all of the units have now had new kitchen cabinets, countertops installed and new bathroom cabinet also!

Resident Door Decorating Contest!
Decorate your door and submit a photo to the office, all photos will be sent to corporate for judging for the chance to win a gift card! Doors should be safe to use and decorated in line with the holidays! Photos can be emailed to [email protected]

New stairs have been installed as have the new windows! A huge thanks to all the tenants and how you are so willing to make things go smoothly! Next will be MMC Communications installing a Dish and Direct TV satellite on each building. Which will be followed by new siding and air conditioner units.
