Not only did they get 11k💰💰💰 over asking, but their escrow went so smoothly that we were able to close 5 days early🤩-a 25 day escrow🙌! Making it a win win 🏆 for both parties! Couldn’t have done it without having a great buyer, lender and buyers agent on the other side🙌💯
Not every agent will put in the long hours and homework and due diligence on your home prior to listing to ensure you have all the right information on your home and sales strategy to ensure you get the most equity in the quickest time! I’m telling yeah! I’ve had sellers tell me from their past experiences, that at the end of their sale their shocked (in a bad way) because their agent doesn’t give them all the information and they end up making less than they needed/expected, causing FINACIAL hardship for their next purchase or move😩.
So avoid hiring Poptart Agents‼️-Ones that spring up and rush to get you to just sign and list same day without doing any homework on your needs and your homes salability👎
