July was such a rewarding month, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have helped three wonderful families reach the closing table!
🏡 Closing #1: My buyers had been searching for the perfect home in Riverview RV Resort for quite some time. The moment they sat down on the front porch, they knew they had found the one. A huge thank you to Tammie Swanson at Blue River Realty for the opportunity to bring these buyers to such a great listing!
🚤 Closing #2: This transaction came from a referral—one of the greatest compliments I can receive! My buyers needed a home with a large garage for their boat and all their toys, and Tim Sullivan at Realty One had the perfect property. It was a smooth, seamless transaction from start to finish, and I truly appreciate working with him.
☀️ Closing #3: This one was especially meaningful because it was right here in my own community, and the seller was also a referral. It turned out to be the perfect vacation home for some California buyers. Thank you, Becca Cox, for bringing your buyers! This one came right down to the wire, but together we got it across the finish line.
Three closings in July… and we’re already looking ahead to August! 🤞 I currently have an offer out on a home, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything comes together for my clients. Buying or selling a home is always exciting, and I love being part of the journey.
