🚨🚨 It is that time of the year again.

If you have an older furnace please have a qualified HVAC contractor evaluate to make sure it is safe. Do not play games.

100+ PPM releasing here. If you were asleep with the furnace on for long periods this could be fatal.

Always, always get a home Inspection before purchasing by a professional home inspector and be sure they check for CO! It is not required by the state to do so! Make sure your Inspector does.

Pre-listing Inspections have really taken off lately!

It makes complete sense!

I've seen so many transactions become smoother due to a preemptive inspection!

A pre-listing inspection helps both the seller and listing agent by reducing uncertainty, preventing surprises, and providing more control over the transaction. Sellers can avoid unexpected costs, price reductions, or delays, while agents can streamline the selling process, manage expectations more effectively, and build stronger client relationships. It ultimately leads to smoother, quicker sales and a better reputation for both parties.

The wait is over! We are finally licensed in Nevada!

We are able to conduct Home Inspections in Nevada as of today.
