We are constantly asked, "What's the market like?" Well, here's a little visual to give you an idea. This graph ONLY represents single family homes (site-built) within Bullhead City. Notice the percentage change in inventory? That's nearly a doubling of inventory from the same month last year! And we are STILL critically low!
