In an effort to remain community minded during the Covid 19 season QMC has taken the following steps for the forseeable future.

Our lobby is open Monday thru Thursday 9-5. Phones are now automated so please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible. QMC will update vacancy list, but very few properties available at current time.

If you have questions or concerns call our office and we will help you. This includes all maintenance requests. Our vendors are great and are working to repair your issues as soon as possible.

If you wish to pay rent please place it in the slot next to our door and it will be processed promptly. If you would like a statement, included a note with your payment and one will be mailed to you. CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS ONLY (CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED).

Please stay healthy and we look forward to resuming normal business as soon as possible.
