The results are in, and I’m proud to share them.
RealTrends just verified my 2025 numbers: 104 sides closed and $26.27 million in volume. That landed me 13th in the entire state of Arizona by transaction count, 201st in the whole country, and a spot in The Thousand by Sides nationally.
RealTrends is the real estate industry’s trusted third party for ranking agents. They independently verify production numbers using actual closed transaction data, so these aren’t self-reported stats. It’s the gold standard for measuring who is actually performing at the highest level.
I’ll be straight with you. I work hard for these numbers. The early mornings, the late nights, the calls returned on weekends, the deals I fought to keep together when they could have fallen apart. I don’t apologize for chasing the top spot, because being the best at what I do is exactly how I serve you better.
And that’s the part that matters most. Every one of those 104 sides is a family who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. 104 sets of keys handed over. 104 closing tables. You are the reason any of this exists.
To do this here in Mohave County, in a market a fraction the size of Phoenix or Scottsdale, and still rank near the top of the state? That takes a community that shows up for me the same way I show up for them.
