This one is a perfect example of why who you hire matters.
When we listed this riverfront home, our goal was simple: get our seller the best possible outcome. We were also navigating a market where riverfront properties can be difficult to value and even more difficult to close.
The good news? We had it under contract within the first two weeks. ๐
