Congratulations to our patio decorating contest winners. Rachel won 1st place, Wenda & Fred won 2nd and Kathy won 3rd. We appreciate the Johnson Ranch Firemen for being the judges as well.

Thank you to all the residents that came out last night for our first Holiday Pot Luck dinner in the clubhouse. The food was delicious and we appreciated everyone's contributions. We hope y'all have a fantastic Christmas with your friends and family.

I also wanted to give a special thank you to my social committee, Catherine and Hazel, for all your help organizing the events here at HSV, I couldn't do it without you.

It's starting to look a lot like the holidays around HSV with our first craft class. Texas in mid-December is 80 degrees but we are feeling festive. Our residents are making large ornaments to decorate their front patios, small gnome and angel ornaments for their trees and paper dolls.

We have (1) 2 bedroom/1 bath unit coming available the first half of November. The rent is $1,250/mo and includes your water, sewer and trash and each unit has a full size washer/dryer included. I'm so proud of all the hard work our residents have put into the garden this spring. It will be quite the bounty of herbs and veggies this summer and we can't wait to taste it all.
