📍 How we sold this 75-acre farm BEFORE the auction — and still got full market value…

Back in August, a Howard County, MO family came to us with a goal:

They wanted to auction their 75-acre farm, but they also wanted the chance to accept a strong cash offer if the right buyer stepped up before auction week.

We listed the property online around August 28th and planned to auction it October 20–22.
To give the sellers flexibility, we added a clause allowing cash offers prior to the auction as long as the price made sense for them.
