These are just a few of the things we can find in a house that definitely need to be addressed. The pipe is a vent stack to your plumbing allowing sewer gas to escape the house, this pipe had several spots like this and let’s be honest most people are not going to want to get into their own crawl space to take a “good” look at things (I know I don’t). The other photo is a support post under a deck and is not touching the ground . The deck was closed up underneath but that’s to a few cracks in the boards and a very springy deck I was able to find it. With interest rates rising make sure your dream home or first home is going to treat you well. Don’t short yourself and not get a home inspection. Give me a call and I will make sure you have knowledge of what your buying!!!!
