Construction is still underway at FCAR as we continue making improvements to our building!

✅ Roof repairs remain in progress.
✅ First-floor bathrooms are now complete with new toilets and fixtures.
🔨 Second-floor bathroom renovations are currently underway.

If you're visiting the Association today and need to use the restroom, please use the first-floor facilities while work continues upstairs.

Up next: kitchen sink and fixture upgrades!

A huge thank you to Representative Sam Greco for stopping by FCAR to speak with our members!

Thank you to our Programs Committee and staff for putting together a great Member Appreciation Event, and to everyone who came out and participated.
