The first thing to do when purchasing a home is to get pre-approved!

Credit scores range from 300-850. Borrowers can qualify for a mortgage loan depending on their depending on their range. You don’t need a perfect score to get a loan. However you will have to meet certain requirements depending on your score.

In order to get the best interest rates, buyers should aim for a 760 or higher.
However, just because you have a low credit score does not mean you will not qualify for a loan. Different requirements are made depending on your score and who insures the loan.

Today is the first Monday of the year !!! And we are already creating high expectations for the year!

The past couple of weeks mortgage pricing has remained stagnant which has left us wondering what’s this years market going to look like?
Regardless, we are hopeful and will continue to stay educated in today’s market! Thank you to everyone who has sent referrals my way! I can’t wait to make memories with you this year!!

Conventional: 3.25%
FHA: 2.9%
VA: 2.5%
Jumbo: 3.5%
