Jill was born and raised in Burbank California so naturally her passion for Real Estate began there. As a child she loved nurturing animals and tagging along with h
er Grandfather to oversee his various home construction sites. She recalls the satisfaction in watching a plot of dirt grow to a home. The adventure and the puzzle of obstacles that could always be finagled never got dull or boring. Best of all was the joy the owners always had when the project was finished. Her childhood spirit of caring landed her in the Operating Room Assisting in surgery for the last 2 decades and has truly been her love. Her interest in property has closely tagged along the way and has never been out of sight. She has enthusiastically worked with people by helping them understand options that can make their money work for them with investment properties. She has an insightful eye for the potential of a property given its location and status to determine its asset potential. She has successfully implemented this process for projects that have further ignited her passion for Real Estate and its possibilities. She feels this knack came from her Mom who is a big DIY type from cutting the lawn with a manual mower, to redecorating the house or even changing a garbage disposal. This taught Jill not to be intimidated by a project, “All you needed was tenacity and you could achieve anything”. Over and above all Jill is the mother of two precious boys who have taught her the ultimate lesson: “To have meaningful relationships, you must recognize everyone has a different pursuit in life, the friendship is to selflessly go along for the ride and help to achieve it”. Jill is also what she calls a “hike-Jog-Junkie” she is obsessed with discovering new and sometimes secret hiking trails throughout the Greater Los Angeles area as well as the homes that encase those trails.”There is nothing better than to enjoy the different seasons on the way to reaching the top of the mountain and looking over the captivating city in its true beauty. It gives you a sense of accomplishment, inspiration and serenity, pure bliss! Her exemplary role-models have instilled hard work, perseverance and above all else treat others as you would like to be treated. Jill has a keen eye and an intuitive mind to achieve the task at hand and is driven to help her clients find the perfect property they are looking for.
