🎯10 BEST FINANCIAL ADVISE!

1. Don't buy an expensive phone. A new version will come out even before you've finished paying for it.

2. Don't buy an expensive bag. Replicas are scattered everywhere. Only a trained eye will see that it's genuine.

3. Don't buy expensive shoes. You can't walk like a duck trying to keep it from deforming with every use.

4. Don't buy expensive clothing. You can't walk around showing the small tag behind your nape.

5. Don't buy an expensive watch. A $50 vintage watch online looks good too, and all kinds will tell the same time.

6. Don't buy expensive undergarments.
It's not allowed to walk in public wearing only a Victoria's Secret bra and panties.

7. Don't buy expensive cars. It depreciates with every miles it runs.

8. Don't buy a huge house. Too much space creates distance between family members. They'll grow old and leave anyway.

9. Always settle for the justified price. You can do more with two for the price of one.

10. Remember that it's not the brand that carries you. It's how you carry the brand.

Grow old and be wise.

Residents may leave their trees out for curbside pick-up beginning Monday, January 9th through Friday, January 27th. No curbside pick-up or drop-off stations will be available after Jan. 27th.
Alternatively, residents may cut their trees into pieces and dispose of the cuttings in green carts.

(SEE IMPORTANT DISPOSAL TIPS BELOW)

1. Real Trees and Wreaths (no flocked or plastic)
--Remove all lights, ornaments, tinsel, garlands and stand
--Use the City tree collection service, self haul to tree collection at select park sites, or place in the green (organics) collection container

2. Decorations:
--String lights are e-waste and cannot go in your collection container. They can be dropped off at the Burbank Recycle Center's Drop Zone collection area (M-F 8a-5p except for holidays, like Dec. 26th and Jan. 2nd).
--Decorations often can be donated or will go in the trash.

3. Flocked (sprayed with fake snow) Artificial Trees and Wreaths:
--These are trash items that go in the black container. Flocked and artificial trees should be cut or modified to fit inside the cart with the lid closed.
--Fake trees that came with string lights (e-waste) need to be removed or the entire tree can be dropped off for e-waste collection
