Congratulations to my client Douglas on the purchase of his new home! Douglas and I met for coffee a little over a month ago and discussed what he was looking for. We came up with a game plan & a budget , and started our search.

We were able to find him a place that checked off a lot of his boxes, and today I handed him the keys to his new home!

I must give lots of kudos to Christine Hatch with The Mortgage Group for making the lending process so easy. And a huge thank you goes to my wonderful transaction coordinator Cheryl. Big congrats to my buyer for the recent purchase of her first home! 🏡♥️⭐️🍾Another deal is officially in the books!

This was, as is with most deals, a reminder that timing is everything. This current market, which has eased a bit for buyers, can still seem pretty intimidating. But the key for all prospective buyers (and sellers!) is be organized, patient and optimistic. 😊😁

I met with my client a year ago and she was curious about the financials of home-ownership, so I put her in touch with my lender Christine Hatch of the
Mortgage Group. She got set up with her PreApproval, we started looking and found a few properties she liked. We wrote a couple offers, but kept getting beat out by ridiculous way-over-asking bids. It just wasn’t the right time for her.

Flash forward to 21 days ago: The perfect property popped up, I scheduled an appointment and we went to go see it. The spot checked off a lot of boxes for her. The seller’s market had loosened up a bit, and I asked the agent what their client was looking for. We moved fast – we got all her paperwork together, made a bid and what do you know, the offer was accepted💥! No outrageous bidding and she got everything she was looking for and more. We couldn’t be happier for her.
First time buyers : We can do this!!👏🏽👏🏽

As with all of these deals, I didn’t do it by myself. I want to thank my wonderful Transaction Coordinator Cheryl, who’s always on my side. More thanks go to the fantastic Christine Hatch for getting this deal done very quickly and smoothly!

Congratulations to my client on the purchase of their first home🏡 This one was remarkable for a few reasons!

When my client and I met and discussed the home-buying process back at the end of February, the market was bananas with flashy buyers with lots of way over-valued cash offers, and first-time buyers weren’t faring so well in the scrum. We saw a few properties, but none of them were priced right or made sense.

But we were patient and waited for the right moment to pounce. With increased interest rates, the market eased and we found a home in the right spot at the right time, went to an open house, put in the 💥right offer💥 and it was accepted! Wow!

Of course there were lots of steps in between, and with help from Christine Hatch from the Mortgage Group, we received his preApproval, kept browsing the new listings and the rest is now (recent) history 😊. I would like to thank my amazing Transaction Coordinator Cheryl for always being on top of everything and many thanks to Aliza and Bonnie from the Mulholland group for making this a smooth transaction. Gaby at Wonderland Escrow was also great. And lots of kudos again go to Christine Hatch, ♥️ we make a great team! Sold! Congratulations to my clients on the sale of their home. This escrow was a doozy and taught me a lot. We had a solid game plan to start with, but of course life and this market threw us some curve balls. We kept swinging and eventually knocked one out of the park and got the home sold.
