Here’s what stands out:
Glendale had the higher median sold price at $1,572,500, compared to Burbank at $1,309,000.

Burbank, however, moved faster, with homes spending an average of only 23.03 days on market, compared to 34.78 days in Glendale.

Burbank also had the higher price per square foot at $818.89, while Glendale came in at $779.96.
