Gigi Ramirez , Realtor - Harcourts Cornerstone Realty Group Realtor for 32 years. I enjoy putting people & properties together throughout Los Angeles county! I began my career as a real estate agent in 1992.

I had decided to get my real estate license in 1991 after a family
member had a very bad experience purchasing an income property
and had suffered a financial loss. It left them very afraid and
untrusting of real estate agents and real estate industry. I became
eager to know more about the industry and what processes took
place during a real estate transaction. I had become a real estate
agent’s a

ssistant but within months I had decided to work as an
agent myself, fully immersing myself in learning the buying and
selling process so I could make sure that my family and my future
clients would get the best service possible. I am a native
of Los Angeles and have resided in the Foothill area all of my
adult life. My intimate knowledge of the area has proved to be a
priceless resource to my clients. I am an expert at listening to
clients’ needs, allowing me to pinpoint what they really want. I
thoroughly explain what they need to know during the purchasing
and selling process, enabling them to make informed decisions
that are right for them. It's a simple philosophy that's become the
foundation of my success. I make every effort to make my clients
comfortable. They know that I am always available to assist them
during the entire real estate transaction from start to finish with my
experience, knowledge and professionalism. My goal is to provide
the best service possible - a satisfied client is my greatest reward! I
frequently work in the Glendale, Burbank, La Crescenta, Montrose,
Pasadena, Altadena, La Canada, Sunland/Tujunga, Highland Park
and Eagle Rock areas, although I have taken on referrals as far west
as Thousand Oaks and as far east as Yucaipa. I love to travel with family, and I enjoy cooking, reading and going
to concerts and movies. I work out regularly to keep me healthy and
full of energy. I am involved with various charities such as PATH/Achieve Glendale,
Childrens Miracle Wish Foundation, Susan G Komen, VETS
Foundation. I worked on a Habitat for Humanity home project and
hope to do more in the future. I enjoy volunteering at my church
and I contribute to the Harcourts Foundation.
