Applications are posted outside our door or we can mail one to you. The application fee is $25 and that covers the credit and criminal background check
. If anybody is going on the application in addition that is over the age of 16 an additional $15 is required for a criminal background check. A rental reference is also done. The application can take up to 10 business days to process. You will also need to turn in a copy of your drivers license/id and social security card. Pets are allowed, one cat or dog, under 35 lbs, an additional security deposit. Our office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00am-2:00pm
