Went to Patty's Place for lunch today. I had the chicken salad sandwich and my guest had the turkey avocado 🥑. It was absolutely delicious 😋. Can't wait to go back and try breakfast. I highly recommend you visiting this local restaurant.

Market Monday Real Estate Update for Pender County, NC. 🏡

Every area is different here. Burgaw has the longest days on market, Rocky Point homes sell the quickest if priced correctly and Hampstead has remained steady depending on price.
