🏆 North Texas just landed another spot at the top of the list!

Frisco has been named the No. 1 real estate market in America for 2026, according to a new WalletHub ranking.

And it wasn't alone: McKinney came in at No. 2, while Denton and Allen also landed in the national top 10.

The ranking looked at factors including housing market attractiveness, home value forecasts, affordability, population growth, and more.

Frisco also ranked particularly well for its economic environment, newer housing stock, and job growth.

It's another reminder that North Texas continues to be a place people want to call home, and we're proud to serve buyers and sellers right around the region.
