I helped my sister and her family sell their property (their first home) in town and buy a cute farmhouse on almost 5 acres.

They were living the homestead lifestyle in town and they are so happy to be out in the country where their kids and animals can roam.

We placed an offer on the Teague home and it was accepted so we put their house in town on the market within a week.

About two weeks in, the sellers went with another offer and we pulled their house off the market.

Ten days later, the seller is about to go back on the market and after praying - we submitted another offer (seller paying title this time) and got accepted again! We got their home under contract within a week and a half!! Woo hoo!
