Soon after founding Windmiller Custom Homes , our founder Tim Windmiller felt called to build something more—spaces that bring people together. That vision became Windmiller Properties, and eventually, The Standard at Chisenhall
For Tim, The Standard has always been about more than buildings. It’s about creating a destination for the whole community—a place to gather for coffee, enjoy a great meal, shop local, listen to live music, and spend time together. A space designed to feel vibrant, welcoming, and anything but a traditional strip mall. Today, we’re proud to see that dream coming to life in Burleson—and we’re just getting started.
