Welcome to the Whitehall Project page!
We've been getting a lot of questions about the construction happening in downtown Burley, so we created this page to keep everyone in the loop. We're thrilled to finally share what's underway!
We are building a brand new office building in downtown Burley — and alongside it, completing a full renovation of the beautiful and historic Whitehall building. Together, we're calling the whole project "Whitehall."
If you've driven by lately, you can see that the space between the existing Whitehall building and the historic Burley Theatre is a newly constructed office building. When it's all finished, the new construction and the renovated Whitehall will connect internally as one continuous, seamless office space — even though they'll retain the look of distinct buildings from the street.
Combined with the Burley Theatre, the result will be one cohesive, revitalized block of downtown Burley. It's going to be a major facelift for that part of town, and we think it's going to look incredible!!
Many have asked who's moving in? The new building will serve as the new national headquarters for Lease End, which is currently renting space at the former Lynch Oil building. Many don't know this, but Lease End is a nationally operating financial technology company that simplifies the vehicle lease-end process for vehicle consumers (www.LeaseEnd.com). Originally founded as a spinoff of Goode Motor, Lease End started with a just a handful of employees in 2021 and today employs over 250 across three offices nationwide. But we're proud of the fact that Lease End's headquarters is here in Burley.
We're also pleased to have Koyle's Classic Construction as our General Contractor on the project and thankful for First Federal Bank for helping us make it happen.
