Please join me in welcoming Belen Cuevas, who has been appointed as the new Property Manager for H&L Property Management. Belen will be overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties, including owner and tenant communications, maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, inspections, and other property management responsibilities.

Belen has quickly become a valued member of our team, and I am confident she will provide the exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect from H&L Property Management. Her addition allows us to be even more responsive while continuing to provide the high level of communication and care that is so important to us.

While Belen will be your primary point of contact for property management matters, please know that I will continue to oversee all property management operations and remain actively involved in our department. I am always available should you ever need me, and together our goal is to ensure your investment is managed with the highest level of professionalism and care.
